You start having packet loss right at your ISP. You should contact them first. It will trickle down and affect every node you pass though.

Maybe some bad payments, time to lower the traffic in some network nodes huh?… -_-

You realize Anet has nothing to do with those right? If you want something down, get on your ISP’s little butt to contact whomever owns the nodes to fix them.
