So I saw that a few other people were having similar issues and I have tried:

Changing the NVIDIA Antialiasing Mode
Re-installing the entire game… three times
Doing the GW2 repair
Updating all of my computer’s graphic drivers
Checking that the game was running as an administrator

I have GeForce GT 555M graphics card
Intel Core i7-2720QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
8 GB of Ram
Direct X 11
Windows 7 64 Bit

already ran repair and checked for updated drivers

I’ve seen that when WPing or logging in, and it was a setting with windowed mode v full screen. Play with those settings and see what happens.
