Tried 13-12, 14-4RC1 and 14-4 Drivers. GFX setting changes make no difference bar VSync which causes the display to flicker only. Recording the game with fraps does not record the issue so I recorded on my phone which clearly shows what I’m seeing.
Any idea what’s going on? GW2 is the only game showing this problem.
Update: Running the game in Compatibility mode for Windows 7 (Laptop is 8.1) appears to have resolved the flickering at the expense of a 30% framerate drop :P
Your exact issue was resolved in this topic about a month ago but with an R9 M290X (rebadged 8970M)
