Guild Wars 2

Hi! After a long break, i want to play with GW2 again, but i dont remember my password, so i wanted to change it but it doesnt works. i type my email, my serial code and name, and it says the there’s an error, contact the support. I dont know what to do now pls help me i want to play with it :S

Now i read about Account restoration, maybe this can be the problem??? how can i ask the support to do it? or there’s an other problem? help me if you can pls.

It would only be the problem if your account got hacked.

Support is contacted by support.guildwars2.com (or the “Support” link at the very top of every page on the forum and website) – Ask a Question.

They can get you back into your account, and if there have been any other issues, help you resolve them as well.

The password is the same as for this forum. Also, apparently you can find lost passwords in the browser options. If all else fails, contact support and they can give you a reset password link.

i just wrote to the support ’ asked a question ’ , to Reset my Password, i hope they will write back with good news ( if they write back )

well, my browser saved it but dont know how can i retrieve for it so i just can log in the forum. i dont remeber my password
