This is my friend’s account because I have set my password and then promptly forgotten it. I see that there has been problems with people spamming the Reset Password tool and so you have taken it down. And so I humbly request that someone reset it so I can log on again.

I can’t seem to find my GW2 Key at the moment, I hope that isn’t necessary…

Let me know if there is anything else you need from me, otherwise I hope to get this resolved quickly and get back to playing! Thanks for your time!

First, please do not post email addresses here. That is half of what is needed to sign into a GW2 account.

Second, you will need to file a support ticket which can be done through the support web site: http://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/utils/create_account
