How long does it typically take to get any sort of feedback from CS concerning accounts? Reason I asked is b/c I have emailed them some time ago and have yet to hear anything. Should I send more emails or is it a lost cause?

What address did you send the email to?

You should get a response back very quickly with the ticket number – I think its automated up to that point.

You probably won’t get a response from ‘forums@arena.net’. Most people don’t, and that isn’t where you send requests for account issues. You need to contact support at support.guildwars2.com
Either use the ‘Ask a Question’ option, or send them an email.

or you can email support@guildwars2.com with your query directly. Forums@arena.net is an incorrect address and will not be answered.

Well that’s kinda odd since they specifically tell you to email that address.

for forum moderation issues, not game support issues.
