How long does it typically take to get any sort of feedback from CS concerning accounts? Reason I asked is b/c I have emailed them some time ago and have yet to hear anything. Should I send more emails or is it a lost cause?

What address did you send the email to?

You should get a response back very quickly with the ticket number – I think its automated up to that point.

You probably won’t get a response from ‘forums@arena.net’. Most people don’t, and that isn’t where you send requests for account issues. You need to contact support at support.guildwars2.com
Either use the ‘Ask a Question’ option, or send them an email.
