So, I am guessing this “your free trial account” expiration is an error. Fix please. I am sure the 50 spent is not a trial

Yes, I got this error as well, so did a friend of mine, both at the same time. must be a bug somehow, but would be nice to know what exactly is going on.

I just got a strange message in game saying “Your trial account doesn’t have access to the game at this time”. Which is extremely strange seeing as my account isn’t a trial account. its a normal account I have been playing on since February. So what is the deal? I payed for my game, that message is very concerning to me. If Someone could get back to me that would be great.

Yep I just got that too and the support page is saying “We are experiencing high volume”… I bet it is. O.o

This is messed up, had this account since preorder release how is it say im a trial..

I just got kicked out of the end of a dungeon. Because apparently my Digital Deluxe Edition account is considered a ‘trial’ account and I don’t have permission to access the game?

Did anyone else get that message? I mean seriously?

What the heck just happened?! Error Code 9:11:2:614:101 I don’t even HAVE a trial account!

My entire team in CoF and half my guild have been kicked offline for this issue and cannot log in.

Hmmm, odd error is odd! Free trial expiration popped up on mine as well. Tried logging back in and getting the firewall, ect. error now.
Giving it a couple minutes before getting too worried! XD

Same here. I was playing within Southsun Cove during the event today. While playing, the client logged me out and told me my trial account has expired. The funny thing is that I have been playing since the first open beta and have a current full account within Guild Wars 2. Some help please since when I try to go onto support it’s not available due to high traffic.

It seems that this is affecting everyone. Guys, please be patient… I am 100% sure A-Net will act appropriately.

It was really odd that it says that my “free trial account” has ended. Now I cannot get into the game, saying that game client is unavailable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.

got a little error message when i tried to log in, i bought the game already i was around since beta (i have the deluxe edition and love my little mini i got from it). this error message had me thinking wha?… anyhow i got a screen cap of it. I am a level 75 warrior charr on the Tarnished coast server.

Says soothing about my firewall, but earlier it stated that my account was a free trial. :/

Yup, I am having the same problem, error code 9:11:2:614:101, I have a normal account, and have had it since BWE1. I’ve been playing the entire time GW2 has existed to the public. I’m trying to get into the support site to hand in a ticket but it’s not working.

i guess we’re all freeloading trial users

yup after 5 months playing my free trial has come to an end (btw i was indeed shocked for a minute there)

My husband just got kicked with the free trial has no access message. I promise as prepurchase customers we are not trial. I logged out before it happened so I don’t know if it will do it to me too. Also this forum keeps getting hung up so Ill bet the problem is happening to a lot of people.

I also encountered the exact same error message. It didn’t help matters that when I tried logging in again I encountered the following error message:

The server was unable to authenticate your gameplay privileges. Please contact Customer Support to provide them with your registered e-mail address. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com/

Now it’s just saying it can’t connect to the login servers.

Looks like it’s…get a life time!…shame none of us has one.
