Free Weekend Account Registration

Hey there,

A friend of mine that played around during the Free Weekend decided to purchase the game. He cannot find any way at all to register the key to that account, which has character names he’d greatly like to keep. I tried looking around for him on this forum\around the site in general, but must have overlooked something. Is there something special he has to do? Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you have him read this serious of facts to see if that helps him add his serial code to the existing account.
