So pretty much my friend is coming back to GuildWars 2, he have his serial code, he know what email he used, but he can’t remember the name of his characters he used, is there any other way to change your password aka recover it, because he doesn’t rememeber his character’s names, odd that it is needed to recover a password, but the fact still remains, He can’t log in, and since he haven’t played in so long, he have no clue what the name of his characters would be.
