Guild Wars 2

So, I recommended this game to my friend and he finally bought it. He got his account all set up and everything but he didn’t get a confirmation email. He tried going to the site to log in, but it said his log in information was invalid. It’s been so long since i bought this to remember, but how long does the confirmation email take to send? Or could this be a different problem?

It should be sent immediately after buying the game.

Have him read this thread: not getting our emails and see if he has one of the problems listed there with emails.

If not that, he needs to contact support.

If all else fails, he might need to use an email from a different provider and tell support to switch to that.
