Guild Wars 2

My friend bought the game and got his serial code in an email. He proceeds to click on the link in the email to register his account. He inputs his serial code then goes to part 2 where he enters his account information like his full name, email and password, date of birth, etc. When he clicks “next” it leads him to a yahoo page with the following error:

The requested URL “https://register.guildwars2.com/account/create” cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

He cant post in the forum due to him not being able to log in. Does anyone know how to solve this issue. Any help is really appreciated.

Hmm…when I click on that link it does not take me to a Yahoo! page, but to the site page that has a link to Support if one is having problems.

Your friend might try again, with a different browser, and make sure his/her Virus Scan software is not blocking any access.
