Guild Wars 2

A friend of mine, a free player, went to the mad king’s realm on his lvl 23 character and now he can no longer leave. Everytime he tries to leave he gets this error message:
“Your teleport could not be completed due to level restrictions on your destination.”

I think this happens because leaving the Mad King’s Realm automatically teleports you to Lion’s Arch, which a player can’t enter before level 35. This seems like a pretty big oversight since it pretty much traps everyone below level 35 in the Mad King’s Realm.

Is there some other way for him to leave?

Make a ticket with anet

Could he enter the PvP lobby or WvW? No, that would lead to LA. How about a Guild Hall? I left the Mad King’s Realm and went directly to a Guild Hall.

We haven’t thought of using a guild hall yet. Will try that thanks!
