Yesterday my friend was playing the game with no problems, then last night he sent me a text saying his password wasn’t working and he couldn’t log in. He tried to recover his account but lost his email with the serial number in it. When I logged in today I saw he was online and figured he got his account back so I called him but he said he still hasn’t got his account back. He has submitted a ticket but hasn’t gotten any help so far, is there anything else he can do to get his account back?

Sooo, he was showing online but he wasn’t? Sounds like he got hacked.

Now he just needs to wait. It may be a day or so till they send him the first response email. Let him know that he shouldn’t make more tickets as it slows them down, just update the one he has as necessary.

If after 3 days he has no response he can post in the sticked Tickets For Review-3 Days And Older.

Most likely he will hear from them today or tomorrow.

If he doesn’t get help within the three days, 1 person can post in the thread Astral mentioned on his behalf with the ticket number, since he wouldn’t be able to himself.
