Friends account hacked - HELP
Similar thing JUST happened to my friend, Lord Trevor.3524, he logged on Vent and I was talking to him, but his character was in Rata Sum then disappeared (didn’t change servers it seems). His email appears to have been changed as well so he cant even get on here to post about it, he has no notifications in his email.
You guys do realize it would be very hard for support to take your word on this right? You know how easy it would be to falsely say this just to get someone temporally banned or account locked…
Don’t they have logs they can check? I know the site allows tacking of IPs, couldn’t they see in his account if his IP went? Even cursory research into his account would show me on his friends list and in his guild, and it’d probably show up an IP login from China I’d bet.

Valle, the first thing you need to do is to send a ticket through the Customer Support (in Ask a Question). You need to provide all the details possible so they restore the hacked account. If you do not get an answer in five days, post your ticket number and incidence here.
