I keep getting this crash every day.
why do I keep getting this?
and how can I prevent it from happening?

Turn every background program you have running off when playing and I mean everything/add more memory. If you have 32 bit operating system 4GB of memory and you might wont to upgrade to a 64 bit system and have 8GB of memory.
