i get this message saying error occured send info to anet? then game crashes after this latest patch

I also have not been able to play on either of my computers. I get the same errors 7:11:3:191:101 then I disabled my norton for five minutes to see if that helped and I froze immediately and got this 42:0:9001:4418:101. This has only started since I bought the expansion. I am running Windows 7 on one computer and the other was 8.1 and crashing and then Windows 10 and still more of the same. Help?

I’m having this issue too, the odd thing is, I was able to hop onto a few different characters earlier today, I thought maybe the issue was just with my Thief but alas I don’t seem able to log any of them in now.

I actually bought the expansion a while ago and have been on and off since. I did however get two updates today.

Is it really so hard to undertand ?

We need your crashlog if possible and as much infos about your system
as possible.

This Forum is mainly for Players helping Players .. if you want help from ANet
post a support ticket .. and believe me they also not fix your problems just
with the crystal ball.

But reactions like yours give you at least good chances nobody here will

I don’t know what’s going on with my client, but as of a few weeks ago it seems like there’s a big problem going on.
Last week I had to re-install the game because it kept crashing, and that worked for a while. But these past few days any time I log out, and attempt to log back in, the game keeps having to repair its data archives. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Two days ago the client would crash any time I tried to play past character select (re-install fixed this), but now It keeps having to repair itself. Don’t know what to do!

have same problem and cant even play the game cause after few minutes it will be impossible to play and after it will crash me out saying the same error as you have above. Mostly I been near world bosses were there will be a lot of lag but my Pc can handle them very easy. So the problem isn’t from my Pcs or from the internet but its from there system

Here is my situation. I am an older player. I am not tech savvy. I don’t understand why two weeks ago , I could log on to any computer in my home and play my game. I bought the expansion and then the trouble started. First is was laggy as heck. Then errors messages that according to the ANet codes meant, that my firewall was blocking it, and that the internet was refusing me and I had my daughter disable everything, and still it happens. This is with Windows 7 and Windows 10. Nothing changed except that I bought the expansion. When a game has older women/men playing that don’t know about how to configure an this, that and the other, to me it’s a problem. I stopped playing EverQuest and World of Warcraft because of similar circumstances. My computers can handle the game, they ran great until I got the expansion. In my eyes, it is something Arena Net has done. I do enjoy this game so much so, that I bought it for my daughter, nephew and my cousin and encouraged four other family members to play. They don’t have the problems I have. I enjoyed it being a family time across the miles, so I am very disappointed. If this doesn’t improve, I will no choice but to look for yet another game to play.

Please post the hole error message there is a modual at fault, when you get an
Exception: c0000005 Most of the time it is a corrupt dll in the video driver or and older driver you may. need to uninstall. Also sometimes other application running in the background like a game capture and recording app. Also there are know viruses and malware that can cause this to

I suppose anything is possible, but this is the latest WHQL driver package for the card, and this installation of windows is only hours old. The only things installed are GuildWars, …and Steam.

Module: nvd3dum.dll Is the issue it may be corrupted or part of and older driver, I suggest completely uninstalling your video drivers and reinstalling them.

Uninstall NVidia drivers, reboot, reinstall without that 3D crap.

Just for those that always say : its only GW2 that give me those problems :
