Basically as the title says, I’ve been waiting all day for an update on my ticket. Woke up this morning no update, so I reply and got a small update but that gm didn’t read anything else and he got my problem wrong, since then no update.

Starting to get really annoyed and is it just me or half of the time gms don’t bother reading previous gms replies

When you make a ticket your ticket goes in line with all the thousands of tickets made from previous days that are still being worked on and all the tickets made on that day before you made yours. While you might get a same day turnaround on your ticket it’s more likely to take several day, especially if you have a problem that takes time to fix.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.
