GTX 460 Big Problem
Have you tried this?
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/Black-Screen-Issue-Nvidia
Alternatively if you still have problems are you using the latest release drivers or latest Beta drivers, the launcher does say there are issues with latest release drivers and recommends the beta ones.
I have a PNY GTX 460 XLR8 , default settings in the Nvidia control panel and no issues in game. I’m using the beta drivers version 304.79
I am also having black screens and crashing to the point that the game is not playable.
I have two computers with identical hardware, one exception is a Logitech gaming headset on the working computer, and I believe identical drivers. One computer works with zero problems and the other experiences black screens and crashes.
I have attached copies of the 64 and 32-bit DxDiag from both computers. I have run a compare on the files and they are close but not identical. Unfortunately, I cannot determine if any of the differences are significant.
Please help.

@Spooky Sadly I tried already most of the things in that topic but nothing worked for me (some things I cannot understand how to do…anyway I see almost nobody solved the problem cept for the ones who connected the pc directly to the modem)..I tried latest, older and beta and nothing works (deleting everything before trying one new)
What sound hardware & drivers do you have? Have you tried an install without installing the Nvidia Audio HD drivers? Those have known issues with some motherboards/sound equipment. I mention this because my GTX 470 had crashing & freezing issues until I took the issue to EVGA who told me to uninstall said drivers.
Note – the typical driver uninstaller & driver sweeper programs aren’t so good at removing those drivers if they’re already on. The only two ways I’ve found to uninstall them is to remove them by hand (requires you to fiddle with OS permissions) or potentially a paid Driver Sweeper program will do it.
Might be a red herring, but I thought I’d throw it out there as a potential to try.
Make sure you do a “Clean Install” under the advanced tab. Uncheck everything that is not physX or Graphic driver and install that way.
Yeah I used the new Driver Sweeper free everytime I tryed a new driver and ofc I did a clean install. By the way I’m starting to think the problem might be the temperature.
In fact I had the same problem on another game (with lower graphic requirement) after a while I was playing it and the way to crash was exactly the same:
Black screen-> 5 sec freeze -> normal screen -> black screen -> 5 sec freeze -> on desktop with error.
So I tryed to play GW2 with a huge fan at max speed on the GPU and it went really good,I did manage to play almost 2 hours before the crash (almost PvP only) with max resolution and everything High in the garaphic settings. Then I started GW2 again and checked the T and it was at 85°C. Checkin on the i-net most people says that this temperature is good for a 460 with a massive graphic game running…
What do you think about? And if the problem is the Temperature how can I Fix it?
If it can helps in anyway ,here is my computer:
