Guild Wars 2

In the past two months, everytime I boot up GW2 and get into the game, literally just past loading my character, I crash completely on my computer. The game gives me no warning, my system just completely goes into shut down mode and then reboots. I’ve had this computer set up for over 2 years, with minimal problems playing GW2 on it. I get laggy occasionally, and have the entire game running on best performance.
My set up:
Windows 7 Professional
AMD FX-8350 Black ED
Gigabyte GA-990 FXA
Coolmast Hyper TX3 Universal CPU
Corsair 750W CXMOD 80
(I’m not great with computers, just going off of the original receipt from 2013).

I’ve had a similar issue for months now (6 or so but can’t confirm). I can get to the game but it happens only in group events like Jormag, Shadow Behemoth, Living story 2 etc….
my computer just restarts in the middle of the event. The only thing that i have found to work is to drop the graphics down to Subsample (supersample & Native will still cause the restart crash).
I have new GTX 970, new Ram (kingston 1600 hyperX 16gig) , New cooling systems, new bios update………
still happens (only in this game and seems recently).

stumped – heard somewhere maybe a bug in the game coding??

Same Problem here, Everytime I try doing world bosses like Shadow Behemoth my computer suddenly restarts during the event.

This is a brand new, state of the Art Computer, so no one tell me it has to do with Graphics being set too High or something like that.

Does anyone else have this problem, or maybe a solution to it?
