Guild Wars 2

So…I went to run gw2 from my program bar like I always do, and it went to install the update (7/1/14) cause I hadn’t played in awhile and the gw2 client was going through the update motions when it suddenly disappeared. And I mean DISAPPEARED. Into the scary door. Cause I checked the Guild Wars 2 folder in my C: Drive and the only two files there are a Gw2 VCD file and a THIRDPARTYSOFTWAREREADME text document. So I’m like what the actual f**k? This has never happened before with any program in the history of me using computers. So yeah….now I’m assuming I have to re install the game from scratch.

Oh I went to the uninstall or change a program to see if i could perhaps repair it, nope, it said Gw2 is missing or has been uninstalled, would you like to remove it from the programs and features panel? Trying to re install gw2 now.

Check if your virus scanner maybe had a false alert and removed the files.

No, I checked that first. I looked at the scanner archive to see if that was a possibility.

Forgive me for laughing but lmfao. Imagine if you got a prompt or something saying something like…

“Buy gems or gtfo
