I’m trying to redownload the GW2 Client (Mac – using Macbook Pro with El Capitan) as I deleted it a few weeks ago. However, after installing the Application, it shows it is only using 98-123 MB rather than 20+ GB. Additionally, the launcher is refusing to start. I have solved this problem before but have completely forgotten how. Is there a solution to this? I have submitted several tickets but their information served no use.
It seems like a lot of people are having this issue. I’d strongly recommend submitting a support ticket. There might be something wrong with the installer in which case there’s nothing anyone on the forums can recommend to fix it.
