GW2 Installer stuck at 0kb/s
Try locating an older installer. There was a thread on the forum about this awhile ago regarding this issue and it seemed finding an older installer worked. (if you have an old one on your other pc, use that).
Post back if you get this to work or not and let us know how you go.
Found the link for you:

It’s posted in there.

Thank’s for the suggestion !
I tried the older exe but it dropped down an another error.
Odd, make sure to run that one as an administrator. Did you happen to look at the details of that crash? Or you can try running it again, hopefully it won’t crash.
I also read another person’s fix, they deleted the “broken” gw2.exe, then changed the gw2.tmp to gw2.exe.
You may want to consider exporting that crash.dmp as a text so we can see your error…or posting the arenanet.log.
Hmm.. Tried it changing .tmp to .exe. No go. More errors.
Here’s the error log

Where did you get your initial client from? I had this same exact issue earlier today, stuck at 0%, and all I did is redownload the client by going to guildwars2 website, login, then click my account in the top right. From there I clicked download game client. The new client downloaded and I just ran it from the download directory it defaulted to. It also may be worth noting (probably not) that when I also had this issue, I was running from the exe from the desktop, and it was because I transferred the client from another system…
Not sure if that helps, but also pertaining to the log info you posted from the old client, it is having permissions issues, be sure to run it as admin, try right-clicking the launcher, and click on run as admin…
Good luck! I’ll keep an eye out on this thread if I can help more but I am at work so I may be slow!
I found your issue Boot! You vid card isn’t compatible.
You’re client isn’t passing the self check, that’s why you can’t install.
You shoud post the rest of your system specs to make sure the video card is all you need to upgrade. I can see you’re running on a 32 bit version of windows with only 2 gb of ram (min req ram), but please post your CPU anyway, I’m sure it’s on the min requirement since you have at least 2 cores.
