GW2 Not Sending Information

That’s actually normal for data rate. Worst I’ve seen is around 200 Kilobits/s down in the middle of a champ zerg. Right now it’s 19Kb/s down and 6.5Kb/s up standing in the TP in DR.
As for input lag, that’s either up on their server, the hops in between or your client tied up, likely involving loading data from your hard drive.
RIP City of Heroes
That’s sending 17 Bits per second, not Kb per second…
Anyways, the problem may have resolved itself… thanks for the response tho

Looking at your attachment it shows GW2 transmitting 76 Bytes per sec and receiving 7,895 bytes per sec. Makes sense standing in LA with all those other players about.
Using the resource monitor it looks as if I’m a little off, I was reporting my current usage, not just the game. I’m transmitting only 11 Bytes/s up and getting 1,066 Bytes/s down (big B is bytes, little b is bits).
Also the server I’m on, according to /IP is 64.25.38.220, with the 90ms ping.
RIP City of Heroes

There are other places this could be caused…..like your ISP throttling UPLOAD speeds drastically. Most ISPs have a guaranteed download speed they advertise then hide that they can almost completely cut off your upload speeds (and will, if they detect that you are running a file sharing server on your residential connection).
