Firefox tells me that the support page is insecure when I click on it. I have no problem when I go to “my account” or forums page.

I use Firefox, and I get no warnings on the Support page site, nor on the ‘Submit a Request’ site page.

Both are verified by GoDaddy.com, Inc.

Just checked again and it’s the same.

“Your connection is not secure

I don’t know what to tell you. You can contact the CS Team, if you so desire, but you would have to use a different browser, I guess.

Or try updating (or rolling back) your version of Firefox.

Good luck.

Chrome (53.0.2785.89 m) shows it secure.
Firefox (48.0.2) shows it secure.

Firefox 48.0.2 is up to date. I can get to the support page by googling “gw2 support” and clicking on link, but when I try to click on support link from here, I continue to get that message. Guess I’ll just google if I need it.

Odd. I get no strange notifications from any of the 3 ‘Support’ links on this page.

Maybe try clearing your cache, or something?

Cleared the cache and rebooted, still screaming that it’s insecure. If I type the link en.support.guildwars2.com into address bar it still blocks it. If I type that in without the “en” then it takes me to the support page without a problem. Could it be my antivirus? I have Avira. I have a firewall on as well. I checked my add-ons and seem to be updated. I don’t need to click on the support link, I can use google or type it in to get there if I need it. It’s just more convenient to use the link here.

edit
Just solved my problem. If I try to click from forums page, it won’t go, if I click on support from main gw 2 page, then I have no problem. How weird is that?? Thanks for the help, it got me thinking if anything.

en.support.guildwars2.com isn’t secure, it’s a redirect to help.guildwars2.com

You can avoid the certificate problem by going to help.guildwars2.com directly. They’re using javascript and an up-to-date browser is likely required (ie, not IE on Windows XP). You can submit a ticket anonymously if you can’t login.
