Long story short- selected the wrong server to transfer to last night. Emailed support straight after I realised my error and received the following response :-

“Quaggans with balloons attached to their back begin to rain down from the sky with throwing handfuls of confetti as you hear their tiny cries of joy echo through the city. A letter floats down gently into your lap, it reads:”

Great news! Since you sent us the request within 24 hours of your transfer the Quaggans and I were able to move your account over to Henge of Denravi as requested! If you have any more questions or concerns please feel free to let us know. The Support Team (Quaggans included) send their love and hope you enjoy your new world! (>^~^)>
