I accidentally bought two of them because at first I didn’t see it in my inventory and then so I decided to confirm it again and yet nothing was there. 15 minutes later it showed up. It was worth 700 gems each totaling at 1400 gems. I haven’t double clicked it or used it. It is still in my inventory. Can I get a refund on gems so I can buy shadow dyes instead? Thanks.

Request #1384434 “Cant purchase gems” I just submitted the request but I have sent bug reports for the last 5 days, every time you click the link to get to customer support system from inside the game, it send me to an endless loophole and I finally found a page to submit a ticket and get a ticket number….. I just wanna buy gems….

Sounds like your email has been compromised.
Scan your computer for viruses.
Make a brand new email that’s not just old account @ new place.
Then from THAT email, make a new ticket and reference the old one and tell them you think your email was compromised. Then go from there.
I also strongly suggest you investigate any other accounts attached to that email to make sure they haven’t been compromised as well.

Almost 2 months now waiting for ticket #1219907 to be processed or even acknowledged. This literally has gone past EA Games level of bad… Clearly you deleted my ticket so I’m submitting a new one.

Ihave put Sooooo much time and money on these character and i find it at least unfair. Please i need my 80s back ( Alek lightwood and noldar shadowscale )

1374708, today is the seventh day. This was filed on my main account.
So here is the deal.
After not playing the game GW1 for over a year I try to login and cant. I have my email, my name, birthday, address, phone number, charectar name the whole 9 yards.
I put in a support ticket to reset my password. I get the automated response and thats it.
over a month with no reply.

Support will not discuss other people’s accounts with you for security reasons. You should close down the one you put in to keep the queue moving smoothly for others.
I am posting this for my friend, she can’t log in to the game and also to this forum.
