Hello, I’d like to inquire about the status of a ticket, 993890, that belongs to my friend and guildie.

While the last response to him was not exactly 72 hours ago yet, his ticket was started at Nov 1st, at 8:43 pm (CDT).

He had his account stolen earlier, and after having it restored, setting up a new Mobile authenticator found himself to be locked out of his account (suspended), which is what this ticket is about.

He’s already missed Halloween and really would like to get into the Echoes of the Past update, but is unsure of how to proceed, now that it’s been a week since he put out the current ticket.

I am posting this from my girlfriends account. Ticket number is #999026. I opened a ticket on Nov.4 to retrieve my account after being hacked. Waited three days and finally got a response. First contact with a GM let me reset my password. In a response to said ticket the GM cleared an authenticator that was placed on the account. Third reply (which I feel should have been cleared up already) was to un-suspend my account. I have supplied all information needed. No response for over 24 hours. please help.

The response asking you to perform those actions is sent as the ticket is assigned to an agent to review the security of your account. There are other things being checked as well and yours is one of hundreds of cases like it. It’s simply a matter of volume – which is something my team and I are actively working on correcting so you’ll see shorter times for general login issues starting immediately and other ticket types in the coming days.
