Just because he doesn’t post on the forums does not mean he’s not working.

Support is currently swamped and the higher ups may not want Michael interrupting the support staff for status updates at this time.

why will swamped?

They are swamped because the game recently had a sale. With an increase in people playing, there was also an increase in people needing help from support. The same thing happened the last time they had a sale.

Actually, the last time Michael posted was March 13. As the last couple of months have seen +100,000 tickets per month, a bit of a wait is only to be expected.

47 page now……..

It is many more pages than 47, as it has been restarted. It will probably be restarted again, soon, as it takes an inordinate time to load…which is the reason it was started over before. Which just proves how many tickets the CS Team must address each day/week/month.

Take note: If your issue is with GW1, it may be weeks before being addressed, and if it is any issue other than access or an exploit, it won’t be addressed, at all.
