Hey,

i’ve been playing GW2 on Win 7 till yesterday.
On Win 7 my game started up right after clicking “Play”, while now on Win 10 it takes 30-60 seconds after pressing “Play”. This may not have an impact for some people, but it does if you get a disconnect while in a PvP-Match, because you need to get back into the game as fast as you can.

So, does someone know something about this problem?

It’s a very good chance to be caused by the fact you’re playing on W10. AFAIK, there arent many games out there updated enough to run with minimal issues on W10, which is among the many reasons I’m refusing to update from 8.1 (and really REALLY wish I could turn off that god kitten spam).

Win 10 itself should not be a problem, since there are enough ppl without this problem.
I’ll try out the 32-bit client, maybe it’s only happening on the 64-bit one.

I have 64bit client and win10 SSD login→play=15 sec
