GW2 appears very warm. Looks bad
I think you using photography term on a gaming site, not sure what your problem is but if you can post a screen shot then maybe we can help
put the correct term in but not everyone has kittens
As above. I’ve no idea what D90 and D65 mean, but post a screenie and we can see what the issue is
Have you tried meddling with the gamma settings?
Provided that your monitor is working properly and the video card/cable is good; then the game color is showing itself correctly as the game is designed.
The game does have color problems and texture problems as well, especially if you are on a monitor that has good color reproduction and high gamut that is properly calibrated. Also full screen directx programs override the windows color profile calibrations because of a technical limitation in a gamma function call.
use SweetFX if you dont like the default colors/textures and fine tune the look of your game:

Hmmm. Interesting. I’ll have to check this out. Yeah. After you mentioned that program, I went to my card settings and controlled my computers color within my graphics card software and told it to override the application color. It was obviously doing this with windows. But when I stitched to GW2, none of the changes took effect. GW2 completely ignored it. The only way it worked is if I played in windowed mode. Very odd and explains a lot.
I’ll have to look more into that SweetFX program.
