GW2 burn computers
That “click-click” sound could(most likely) be from the bearing in a fan. Most likely the power supply unit.
Check to see which component the clicking sound is from. It could also be from a blocked fan on the GPU as well, such as a molex cable blocking it.
Again, I bet a norn ale it is the PSU.

Old and new PC parts fail just the way it is. GW has not damaged my PC. For the clicking sound that is the click of death of a hard drive.
Try and isolate the click noise. I know that you have stated that the computer crashes when it starts but if it is up long enough you can normally find where it is coming from.
Use an empty paper towel tube. When the sound starts, place the tub on your ear and move it by each piece of equipment in the PC. The sound will get louder when you get close to the device that is causing it. Once isolated you will need to determine the issue with the device.
Common PC clicking sounds.
Hard Drive – Not SSDs
Fans
CD/DVD
PSU – Normally the fan
Wire or other object bouncing of a fan
P.S.
Seeing that you have file corruption, I’m betting on the HDD but crashing can also cause the corruption.

have you tried turning it off and on again ?

Thank you for your replies. I´ve done the paper towel tube trick and the sound is located in the HD but only starts when I run any video or GW2. I ran the game repair tool and I could play for hours yesterday, but now still this sound and there is a kind of delay when I open the inventory or the trading post. Also I noticed that the GPU monitor is maxed when the game is running sometimes and sometimes not.

Software will not burn out ur hardware.
If u have a problem that persists after replacing a certain part it points to an issue with what ever part its plugeded into. I.e a faulty motherboard can cause dmg to any plugged into it, a faulty powersupply can damage the motherboard etc.
GW2 is not to blame when low performance and or old hardware wears out or overheats, becouse it is not desgined to be used in such a way.
Your ‘new’ GPU is a 630 ..that is NOT meant for gaming, yes u can play games on it, but if ur constantly pushing to its limits, specialy if it hasnt got adequate cooling, its going to degrade. As for the clicking sounds, u best make sure its not a short becouse continud use will cause damage. By the sounds of it (using a IDE hdd for example), the core of ur rig is overdue replacment.

but now everytime I start GW2 a weird “click-click” sound every 5-7 seconds is heard inside the computer.
Coil whine?

Either click of death of the HDD or bearing failure in a fan.
