GW2.dat problems

Besides locking up all the time GW2 has also been either rufuseing to start and just disappearing into the backround (forceing a restart) or when i exit the game it will lock up my system for a few minutes then gives a GW2.dat error message.
I have checked that my GW2.dat is not read only.
