Just as a heads up. For those of you experiencing strange technical issues with Guild Wars 2, please download and run NCsofts game advisor.

This will output a log that you can also send to Anet, and it gives them all the information they need to help solve your problem. Doing this ahead of time helps speed along the process considerably.

Also as a suggestion to the devs. Would it be possible to be able to add attachments to support tickets? This way people can upload the Game Advisor report directly when submitting a ticket, which would help speed up the time each ticket takes, as well as make life so much easier for the CS agents working with the tickets. Just an idea….

Player can attach the Game Advisor to the automatic response email sent from the CS Team as soon as they receive it, as I don’t think they can modify the software used to submit the initial request.

True, but the general forums allow for upoading attachments. If they could include that function into the ticket submission that would be awesome.

But either way, if the players were to have this on hand when submitting a ticket, it would greatly decrease the time needed to fix the issue, which is better to the CS team and the players as well.

Totally different provider of software. I don’t think they can modify the software (third party) used for support tickets.

But, if they could, I’m sure they would consider doing so.
