Game Advisor for Mac?
I hope so. The client has been working fine for me, and I know from the forums here others are having issues, so this would definitely be a GREAT step in the right direction for Mac support.
Having the same issue. Since the game crashed earlier today, the emails from the support ticket have requested that I too download game advisor. This is unavailable for Mac, and so still no resolution to being able to get the game launched.

thing is you can not install .exe on mac and run it unless you do on bootcamp windows. So it is funny for support to tell mac customer to run .exe. 
I’m aware of that, which is why I directed the posters to the Mac-relevant Sticky.
Remember, not all CS Team members are versed in all aspects of the game. The posters’ tickets above may have been routed to the wrong Team Member.
