Hey Guys,

I’ve just bought myself a new Gaming PC and i’ve just started experiencing something new but unfortunate.

I keep experiencing in-game crashes that vary anywhere between 2-10 minutes of gameplay and it’s obviously very frustrating.
I have the specs for the game as (regardless of crashes) it performs excellently on max settings.

The graphics Card I use is an AMD Radeon 6670
16GB Ram
and the rest is all up to date.
I’ve tried looking up related issues and solutions, tried the -repair extension and nothing’s helped.

Could be a patch effecting this? or is something actually wrong on my end? Thanks for your time.

I am getting similar issues I think, my client crashes every time I try to get in game (I can’t even log in).

I’m having the same issue game either freezes or my pc crashes and get a blue screen claiming to shut down to prevent damage this happen every time I play can barely get like 10-25m of game time before one of these issues happen. I use the graphics on the lowest settings and my card is up to date, think u can help me out here.

i too am having this kind of issue. game just freezes, then opens the ‘Guildwars 2 has encountered a fatal error…" window, with a ’send report to Anet’ etc.

This has only really started to happen since the last update from what I remember. I had some crashes before, but now it happens every few minutes sometimes.

I’ve attached both files here.

I’ll throw my hat in as well.. my log states uptime of game to be from 30 to 45 minutes before the crash. I’ll attach my ArenaNet.log file and edit the post once I get the Game Advisor

EDIT: Ran the Game Advisor, and am attaching .. Game crashing is everytime I open now, so cannot play for more then the 30 minutes or so..
Also, I removed my MAC address, Current IP address, as well as a few other identifiers that I do not wish to have visible..

I’ll throw in my report too as I am also crashing frequently.

I have been crashing quite frequently as well. Sometimes I can play several hours straight with no crashes, then all of a sudden I just crash out of the blue, and at times, I just keep crashing constantly from 10 minutes to 30 minutes into the game. My screen just freezes, and I am forced to hard reset.

I am also having this issue with the Radeon 6670. Installed up to date drivers the system works great crash free on other games. Just not this one. this started happening within the last couple weeks after a new build was released.
