I’ve been getting the issue in the topic title three times in the past 4 hours. Trying to see whether anyone has been getting the same issue and how it can be fixed. I have restarted this every time this happened but I’ve been getting the same error.

Full message: The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support. (Code =58:11:5:512:101)

I’ve had the exact same error for about an hour now.

I got it first when loading between two sessions of the new bazaar mini-game which I can’t remember the name of now. Since then I have been able to log in only on every second attempt. From the launcher the connection will fail the first time then succeed and I will get this error when trying to load in to the actual game.

I am at a loss what to do about it unless the problem is on Arena Net’s end. Absolutely everything is up to date on my computer and my cleaning program has just finished sweeping up and still nothing, everything else on my computer still works perfectly.

My code is slightly different though, I get (Code=5:11:3:159:101)

I spent hours last night trying to resolve this – same issue, same error code and message – for a friend who has exactly the same laptop as I do (except for OS, his is Win 8, mine Win 7). Whilst I spent hours trying to check various things on his machine he used my laptop on his network and played without any issues. On returning to his laptop the problem continued. There is no crash log generated.
Tried disabling antivirus/firewall, along with driver updates and setting graphics to low. Nothing worked. Considering a reinstall.
Any help would be appreciated.

My scenario is that I have the ability to log on, end up i LA, but as soon as I WP out; BAM THE ERROR.

Please help! I’ve tried to disable Firewalls, restart my router… and I don’t feel like re-installing this game… Takes forever.

Edit: Okay, I don’t know what the problem is, but I think it might be the World you’re in. I just Guested into Nothern Shiverpeaks from Jade Quarry and was able to Join without an Error. ANet!, Explain!

Well im probably the king of the error codes and i also got this. Connection is fine and only this game gives me problem.
Fix your game/servers or whatever is causing this crap.
