Your not going to like this but here it is
OOM = Out Of Memory
OSVersion: Windows 6.1 (32 bit) <—-OOM occurs on windows 32 bit operating systems, its a restriction of windows itself, so far the only fix is to upgrade to a windows 64 bit OS, ( if anyone knows how to fix it without upgrading feel free to post your fix )

Search these forums for Out of Memory and look at how many results you get, it was something clearly overlooked by the developers super computers they used for testing this game.

It’s really not that big of a deal to reinstall windows 64 bit your product key is good on bough versions so you will not have to buy another copy of windows you just need the 64 bit DVD. Also looking at your crash log it shows you only have 3327megs of ram that’s only 3.3 gigs so you might want get more ram in your system.

I want to add that, unless you are upgrading to x64bit OS there will be no point in adding more ram.
