Game Freezes Entire Computer
Does alt+ctrl+delete work to let you kill the program? (just curious)
Hopefully a dev will see this and get you some help, otherwise, you may want to submit a ticket.
No, the only thing I am able to do is hard reboot.
I was able to log onto my human toon for a brief period, but after about 10 minutes even that freezes it.

Don’t get you hopes up for any fix as they haven’t acknowledged there’s a problem after weeks of people complaining. Is the same hoopla. Been crashing for over a week now sometimes multiple times a day whenever i switch waypoints pc will completely lock up have to hard-reset. This is the only game out of dozens i have installed thats causing me any grief and they’re mum about the whole thing. About to quit till they finally realize its the game causing the issues. I didn’t buy the game just to have to restart my pc multiple times a day.
I think they want peeps to submit tickets so they can pinpoint what exactly is causing the issue, if enough peeps give them enough info, they’ll be able to eventually determine if it’s the client, some problem with the way the client is interacting with something on your end, or a bug in the code, or even server side depending on the issue being investigated.
It is possible that they aren’t saying anything because the majority of peeps actually contacting them are truly having issues due to a corrupted file or bad drivers or conflicting applications. It may or may not be something caused by their code.
Submit a ticket!
The other thread was started by me. I never heard anything back after uploading the stuff Ashley asked for. I see she recommends submitting tech support tickets now. Guess that’s what I’ll try. I just now had a freeze after 5 minutes in game. Very frustrated atm.

There have probably been a lot of peeps with issues lately and it’s just oo hard o get to them all here, especially when peeps make 20 different threads for similar issues, then you have to sift around and find the right post again.
This freezing situation has been happening to me for the last couple weeks. I was attributing it to server volume. Now I’m beginning to think it may be more game related. The posts that I read were from three years ago. The same issue, ctrl + alt + delete does not bring up Task Manager and no way to exit the game except with a hard reboot of the computer.
Same issue on the mac client as well, one minute youre running fine then everything stops except sound, and the only thing you can do is restart the computer.
