I am just curious all these time my latency over 100ms is consider quite high already.

Cable speed test is low 13-15ms from Toronto.

My game lags very badly. Especially in Dungeons i get 4 second delays.

When playing BF3 or Dota2 I have a perfect ping with no lags or whatsoever.

Please see the windows resmon screenshot enclosed.

are there any news on this topic yet from developer side?

I use the resource monitor tool also on a regular basis. The local to remote high latencies revealed in both your resource monitor screenshots actually has been around for quite some time, even since Guild Wars 1. I recall somewhere around when GW1: EoTN came out that my latency went up in GW1, above the 240 ms range. It should be well below that, around 80-100+ ms at most for me as traces to TX from my network to theirs show. GW2 & GW1 are still very playable under the high latency conditions. However, this is not the best situation especially for a game centered around pvp. I can only guess that Anet or parent company may have switched to a different CDN infrastructure, server architecture or changed the network stack around the time of EoTN. Anyways, it did change higher quite awhile ago from what I recall. Thorough packet analysis could reveal where the actual latency is coming from, the application layer or more near the network stack layer. If the network stack is the culprit, latencies this high are likely due to delayed acknowledgements combined with nagling. They don’t mix well in scenarios with high traffic loads with small payloads as in a typical gaming session. Turning off one or the other (del_acks or nagle) is usually the best solution under those circumstances. We as players will just have to bear with the high latencies for now.
