I recently requested a game refund, and was just wondering, if ANet decides to refund the purchase, how long will it be before the refund shows up in the account?
I keep recieving emails from the support team, but when I click on them nothing appears. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Not sure what you are ‘clicking’ on in the emails that nothing happens. Is it a link? Have you tried pasting it into your browser?
