Guild Wars 2

I did a lot of research and it appeared that my laptop could run GW2 medium-high. However, when I go in-game it begins to slow down and I need to restart the client to make my fps go back up. Ideas, suggestions?

Sounds more like your laptop is over heating, this is a common problem with most laptops and is always why I stick to a desktop for gaming but this doesn’t help you with your problem.
Do you have a cooling dock or some other device helping out with cooling? if not try looking for one it may help, also download cpuid hardware monitor and let it run in the back ground and see how hot you are getting.
