Guild Wars 2

I started playing the game today,
so after downloading it for the first time on my mac I tried playing.
At first it simply wouldn’t run. After a few tries it magically worked. I played for about 2 hours before the game crashed. Since the crash the game simply can’t run anymore. I get a black screen, then back to the desktop…
I’ve re-installed it hoping it might fix it, but it didn’t change a thing.
I now have to boot windows in order to play.
Anyone has a clue about this?
I will upgrade my OS because I’m still running Snow Leopard and heard that might be it

Very similar issue on my Macbook Pro running Mountain Lion. I login, press play and go to full screen black, mouse game cursor only shown and music play. Very frustrating. Cannot play game
