Guild Wars 2

Hello !

I bought Guild Wars 2 about a week ago and since then I’ve been having serious issues with the game…it crashes very often (every 10-15 minutes). I checked and updated all my drivers but unfortunately it didn’t help. I also tried optimizing the game from the Options Menu but that didn’t help eater.

Usually, before the game crashes my Character in the Hero Panel and the NPC icons (when I click on them) appear as a simple color texture – like a rainbow. Also the Black Lion Market stops working (isn’t displaying the merchandise) or the BLM screen is all Blue and Yellow squares.

Below I have attached the Crash Report and also the GameAdvisor Test.

You need to install windows 7 64 bit, your are using the 32 bit windows. You have 8 gigs of ram and the 32 bit version only allows your PC to access 3.5 gigs so 4.5 goes unused GuildWars 2 for time to time needs to use 4gigs or more and if it doesn’t get it it crashes and you get an OOM error so if you purchased windows it should have come with 2 DVDs one is the 32bit and the other is the 64bit version reinstall the 64 bit version if it came preinstalled on your system then you need a 64 bit DVD to reinstall with ask around if someone has it you can barrow or download the ISO and burn it to a DVD you will not have to purchase a new copy of windows because the product key will work on both the 32 and 64 bit versions.
