My game crashes and disconect almost every 2 or 4 minutes and i ’m not being dramatic
its not a new thing
i have the game for more than 1 mouth and since i`ve started to play it the game crashes
and when it not crashes it does have a disconect with diferent “7.” errors what isnt the real problem

First i used a 32 bits system and the games crashes only every 10 minutes
was playable at last
then i formatted my pc and installed a 64 bits to see if fix it and now the game is worse
crashes every 5 minutes or less
sometimes crashes before the map is even loaded

my record is 1 hour and 16 minutes whitout crash xD

i alread tried to update my GPU driver and open ports but nothing work
i waited to see if on this big update the game would stop crashing but now i cant even complete a mission where i need to just talk

when i`m fighting a boss the game crashes and when i come back i`m dead
when i`m doing jump puzzles it crashes and i`m dead and have to start all over again.
But the worse is the events, when i almost finishing any event the game crashes or disconect and when i come back online the event is over and i did not recieved any karma
I just can`t play it anymore.

I wont send an error text i dont care about your events but FIX this network error crap
it does not take a genius to figure out that its got to do with your latest patch im just annoyed disconnection every Spvp game i sign can play for like 10 minutes then i get disconnected.

At a guess, I believe the problem to be caused by your system running out of memory. the game requires a minimum of 2GB. You have 2GB but your version of windows vista is using 231MB (i find that hard to believe but thats what the log says.) This leaves you with roughly 1.7GB of ram which is lower than the minimum requirements.

you have a 64bit operating system which is good news, but is there anyway you can get your hands on more memory even just to run a test for 1 day?

i use win 7 mate
and on the past i had 3 gb but i took off 1 chip
i gonna see if i can put more memory but even with the 3 gb the game still crashed

Ah sorry about the confusing the log said OSVersion: Windows 6.1 (64 bit) and I mistakenly confused this with windows vista.

When you had 3GB of ram did you test this game whilst on 64bit? if not could you try it on 64bit with 3 or more gigabytes of ram?

also have you changed any settings on your computer hardware that would make it operate outwith its normal parameters, for example: Overclocking.
