I’ve been having this problem since yesterday. Whenever I’m in an instance my graphics stop loading and after about 10-15 seconds of microfreezes, the game crashes.

Is this the only game?
can you do some benchmark some tress tests? Run prime 95/furmark + check Temp on HWinfo

then if you can just try to run another game

and you use iGPU?

I have other steam games that run without problems. The game is fine everywhere outside of instances, they just freeze for me. I’m not using iGPU. I’ll run tests when I’m home.

You will have to try few things
- repair
- reinstalling (uninstall + delete all files then new install)

This try this first
maybe drivers support (GPU)
- Uninstall + restart
- Driversweeper (driver cleaner) + restart
- New drivers

and agian which GPU and which drivers your using

Oh my bad I thought I included that
Using Nvidia GTX 660

Trying those suggestions atm, will update you soon

Actually you can ask on nvidia forum : which drivers are the best for GW2
Also ask is anyone else has same problem … they will help you

Tried all and came out with nothing.
I’ll try a previous driver version..
