I have been playing since the game first came out. As I play, the game will crash and I will get an error report like this…

Every time it is a different error report. I have been reporting it to Areanet when it says to and have left my email but have not herd back from them at all. In the beginning, it would happen very rarely but ever since this last update, it has been happening a lot more. I have been on the same part of my story line for the past three days because I can’t play for to long before it crashes.

Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it??

Doubt people can tell you straight away, just on an error log what you can do to fix this… You can do a couple of things for starters:

1. Make sure your computer is clean from the inside, you can buy can’s of spray-air at your local computer shop to clean it out.
(obviously you don’t want to use water/soap, and be careful with using a vacuum cleaner, static discharges can hurt your computer circuits.) … if you feel uncomfortable cleaning your computer, and it is a real mess, you can always bring your computer to a local computer shop and have it cleaned for you.

2. Make sure you have the latest drivers for all your hardware components (including motherboard, network cards, mouse, sound, etc). You can find driver updates (if there are any) at the websites of the hardware component manufacturers. Pay good attention when you download and install drivers though, and make sure you have the correct drivers! Obviously installing the wrong drivers can cause all sorts of issues.

(same as with cleaning, if you feel uncomfortable, a local computer shop can likely check your computer and make sure you are ‘up-to-date’)

3. After all of this, it would be very helpful for people helping you to know the details of your system. If you could run ‘NCSoft Gameadvisor’ (just google it) and attach the results to this thread, we can at least check what may be the problem as far as hardware goes (possible bottlenecks), or whether the system is more then capable of running GW2.

5. Now seeing there is a Memory Write error, there ‘may’ be something wrong with your ‘RAM’, but i would say that before you start testing that, make sure you went through steps 1-3 at least so people can direct you better to a possible sollution.
