How can I repair my client version, redownload the patch?

I keep gettin crashes as game tries to launch the game after I click Play.

I already sent 5x the crash report.

Downloaded and launched the NCSoft Gameadvisor. Submitted the test report along with a ticket for support.

Meanwhile I found this: https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8981
so I’m proceeding with client repair at the moment.

I want to leave the “redownload 16gb of content” as plan Z.

Just un-install the game from start|programs and reload it from the download page.
