Guild Wars 2

I can log into the launcher and after i hit play the screen just stays black and doesnt go to character select, and i have to start task manager to close it. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same issue, although the character screen does appear after at least 30 seconds to max 2 minutes. Normally the character selection screen was instant but after a crash in game on last Friday this changed to this black screen issue. A fresh new download didn’t solve the problem.

PS The crash also changed my boot drive from my SSD to my old HD in the bios which was very strange that this happened but luckily I could fix that.
