I am having a similar problem. I could not find a solution. This problem occurred when loading the update dated 09.06.2017.

Looks like there is either really bad “internet weather” or some problem with the GW2 net code or network because lots of people are having problems.

I got this too, the final file in the 9/6 update just wouldn’t download. In the end, I left the patcher open, and it did download after a long time.

I will try and share the results. How long have you been waiting?

Also having this problem, downloads and then just stop. The % stays on 0. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet.

I had the same issue.

The fix for me, was to use a VPN to fetch the last file.
- Else I got “Error: Patch-verify failed for 0×00073b8b:0×00000000->0×001a0f96”

I had read in an older post that this was or could be a fix.
