Tried buying Black Lion Kit just now and i pressed 3-5 time…i only had 972 gem at that time and now that gem store is up and going again

i saw that my gem is 72 and i did not get any mail on the items i bought…

i did not log out or anything during that period of time so im not hacked

relogged and still same no mail or nth

The TP/Cash shop was on the fritz yesterday and a load of people got screwed out of their money and purchases. Open a ticket and hope for the best!
